  • 1 Tsp Red Wine (approximately 4 g)

The “After Heat” Add-ins:

  • Juice of ½ fresh lemon

  • 4,000 mg liquid liposomal Vitamin C

  • 4 g L-Arginine / Citrulline powder

Instructions:

  • Combine The Base ingredients in a small glass.

  • Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds.

  • Stir in the After Heat add-ins (lemon juice and zest, honey, Vitamin C, and L-Arginine/Citrulline).

The Most Important Ingredient

While every ingredient in this drink serves a purpose, the entire formula centers around the L-Arginine and Citrulline.

These two amino acids are the "engine" that drives circulation, boosts Nitric Oxide production, and ensures all these healthy nutrients actually get delivered to your cells.

Finding the right mix that mixes well and actually tastes good can be difficult. The best source I have found—which is easy to use, highly effective, and has the best flavor—is ProArginine Plus.

It makes the drink taste like a treat rather than a medicine.
