Shipping Methods

If you have purchased an electronic product, you will receive an email with instructions to download the material, so there is no shipping involved for those products.
If you have not received this email by next business day of your purchase, please contact customer service by sending an email to nthenson7@yahoo.com, requesting your downloading instructions.
We offer shipping by United States Parcel Service (USPS) First-Class Mail, or Priority Mail. If your product has free shipping, it will be shipped First-Class Mail and you should expect delivery within 5-8 business days.
Orders received weekdays are generally shipped in two business days unless otherwise specified. This is our standard procedure and not a guarantee. Orders received on weekends or holidays are shipped within three business days. Although we place a high priority on getting your order shipped as soon as possible, please note we make no guarantees as, severe weather conditions or other circumstances may sometimes delay shipping.
We are unable to ship to US Territories and international locations at this time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates vary by item. You will be given the choice and cost of all shipping methods during checkout. All shipping charges are based on the destination of your package as well as shipping weight and dimensions. Shipping weight is determined by the estimated weight of all item(s) plus the necessary packing materials and the shipping box.
