CHARTER Couples Retreat Location

The Henson Ranch, Silver Stallion Stables, LLC just outside Ft. Worth, Texas, is the location of the Single Family Fortunes Retreat.

This spectacular dude ranch features luxurious accommodations in four spacious manor house suites. Each overnight stay includes meals and included relaxtion options.

Full-day instructions, organized materials, and a step-by-step, one-on-one business plan is designed with you to reveal your REI success even before you head back home. Your REI success easily begins at the Henson Ranch, but you, your specific business plan, and your ongoing Real Estate Investment business becomes part of the Dennis J Henson Investor AfterCare Program.

Retreat Schedule

Couples arriving at DFW International Airport on Thursday will be met by one of Dennis J. Henson’s representatives and transported to The Silver Stallion Stables, LLC.

Friday, Saturday and Sunday are days of intense training directly with Dennis that includes group interactions and one-on-one time. After training, each student will be invited to tour the new Cowboy’s Stadium in Arlington, the largest, domed stadium in the world.
